Process

Work in MEDLab takes place through various project-based circles (see Governance for more on those). Each circle has a room in the chat space where it coordinates and organizes. Use the chat space as your primary communications medium, ensuring that there is transparency with other circle members. Self-organize with your circle!

To help us see beyond our particular circles, each week we have an Agile-style weekly stand-up. Rather than meeting synchronously, each Monday we share our 1) accomplishments in the past week, 2) goals for this week, and 3) barriers that we might be facing in doing so. Be sure to react and comment on each other's updates!

We also meet occasionally as a group for in-person updates, particularly at the beginning and end of each semester.
